Pungut Ulang Perak dari Limbah Elektronik Baterai Koin Perak Oksida Menggunakan Pelarut Deep Eutectic Oksalin

Permintaan perak dunia mencapai 32.627 ton pada tahun 2021. Untuk memenuhi permintaan selain menambang dari alam, juga bisa didapatkan melalui pungut ulang limbah elektronik menggunakan Deep Eutectic Solvent (DES) yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan logam baterai koin oksida metode pelindian dengan DES oksalin. Metode penelitian terdiri tahapan sintesis pelarut eutektik oksalin, karakterisasi, dan aplikasinya elektronik. Pelindian dilakukan melarutkan 0,2 gram sampel dalam oksalin 1:1 pemanasan langsung selama 3 × 8 jam pengadukan 500 rpm. Variasi suhu adalah 50, 60, 70, 80oC variasi volume digunakan 20, 40, 80, 100, 125 mL/g. Konsentrasi hasil diukur instrumentasi AAS. Hasil dikarakterisasi FTIR menunjukkan terbentuknya interaksi antarmolekul baru yaitu COOH••••Cl. memiliki densitas sekitar 1,2095 g/mL. Berdasarkan optimasi 20 mL/g optimum 60oC efisiensi 88,35%. Sedangkan bahwa 80 94,23%. berpotensi sebagai pengolahan bekas oksida.
